I showed pictures of what I had in mind, and they was able to guide me through selecting materials to realize my vision of a light but warm bathroom. The project manager was very professional and friendly and responded quickly to all of my questions and concerns and made sure that everything was as we wanted it. He went out of his way to find the right color of tile edging when I didn't like the options that were first presented. They kept the area clean and his work was precise and perfect and beautiful. He communicated to make sure everything was where I wanted it and even rehung the door that used to not stay open (using hinges to match the new hardware, which I had not thought of).
